1. Agreement

By accessing learnaos.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What LearnaOS provides

LearnaOS offers (a) a free open-source CLI to convert GitHub repositories into book-style static sites, and (b) a hosted course library at learnaos.com with free previews and paid subscription plans. Course content is sourced from third-party open-source repositories; we do not claim ownership of that underlying material.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (e.g. Starter) are billed monthly unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown at checkout. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share account access or circumvent lesson paywalls
• Scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute paid course content
• Use the service unlawfully or to harm others
• Reverse-engineer or overload our infrastructure

6. Intellectual property

The LearnaOS brand, site design, and curated presentation are our property. Open-source course materials remain under their original licenses. Your use of course content must comply with those licenses.

7. Disclaimer

Courses are provided for educational purposes "as is." We do not guarantee job outcomes, certification, or uninterrupted access. Third-party repos may change without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnaOS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
